About Me

Hi! I am Taite, a high schooler based in CT. I have always been genuinely interested and obsessed with food, but not something you find on the kids menu, food that surprises you, that you can tell is thoughtful, and makes you smile— like the Rafael’s prosciutto sandwich, or JuJu’s Quesa-birria. This blog started in 2024 as a pretty basic instagram account called @eat.taitertots (the name is a little word play on my name and my nick name) where I posted a few pictures of my food and wrote a little caption. I wanted to fuel my passion for good eats into something larger than what was in my mind so that I could give back to my local-food community that has given me so much to be grateful for... so I created this blog. My hope is that you feel like you're reading something new, reliable, and most importantly relatable.
